Default ok the beast runs but..im smoking like a champ..

ok 6.0 manifold set up t-76

parts from my tti street kit...

same feed line.....same fitting on turbo..

but im running a scavange pump...a tilton..

my question is im comming right out of the turbo and into the pump then into the pan....and im a smoky lil bish

should i build a oil resiover so it collects and pulls from that so that the oil has a time to settle??

anyone running this resivor can post some pics?? please

might need a check valve and check into restrictors. If you go on ebay and type that into the search youll find a company that has a complete set for relatively cheap. Where exactly is the oil coming from?

And off topic how do you like your tilton pump? I just ordered one over a mocal and hope itll work as good/better.

You drain to a tank w/vent and then pump into pan.

gonna fab one dem up tonight

so your saying gravity feed out of turbo into holding tank with a breather then pump it out from there..hummm

i know to build the tank first i herd aqbout haveing a breather on it

not sure about the restictors... i used this same turbo and oil feed line that was on my tti street kit...only thing i did differnt was teh crossover are in the front and 6.0 manifolds and im useing a oil scavage pump insted of gravity feeding it...if i had all that oil going in before and it was just gravity feeding it out and worked fine.. and now im pulling it out dont know why i would want to restrict it

elighten me on why this might be differnt? ill give it a try but im thinking holding tank cause the oil dosnt have enough time to settle and is foaming??

I chose the tilton over the mocal due to the "pump speed varies according to engine speed" feature. I didnt see that on the mocal. I figure that would help pump life and also help oil flow to be more efficient rather than just running the pump on high all the time.

Wheres a good place to put the tank?
