From exp. with 3 Prochargers, P1SC,F1-R & currently an F1-C, you will end up buying silicone hose, T-Bolt clamps , a mount from A & A or ECS (my choice), an improved tensioner & Riechard Pulley(if you want high boost & have a 5.4 step-up ratio)). Peace of mind means an extra belt. Finally went to an 8-RIB pulley conversion on the P1SC. Now going to a 10 -RIB as soon as it all gets here from ECS on the F1-C. I think they make a GREAT compressor. The rest of the stuff (at least the LS Kits) is just junk. You might as well fix it now or each thing will drive you nuts. The F1-R is on a '67 BB Chevelle & that mount is better(less Flex, 11 or 12 RIB belt ,can't recall) . Still need silicone hose & T-Bolts. They are nice people but it takes more than a Good Blower to justify 7500$ ( Corvette) for an entry level setup like a P1SC. There are several Turbo Kits around for comparable money, especially after you spend some time in the Texas sun holding little hunks of belt in your hands. The GOOD news is that I have never had one minute of trouble with any of the compressors. Since you are stating with a clean slate now is the time to get the good stuff & save lots of hassle. BEST of LUCK!!

We trully don't have very many problems with the complete ATI ProCharger 8 rib assemblies, up through 12 psi. Over the years we see an occasional idler pulley going bad to be the biggest hiccup. I have customers running the original blower belt for several years before they replace them, and they do put a lot of miles on their cars.

If anyone is paying $7500.00 for an entry level ProCharger blower in a Corvette, they truly need to give me a call. Bob
