Stick with stock crank, eagle rods, JE pistons. Will make 650 all day with nicely ported heads. Just run a large enough turbo to keep IAT's and max efficiency up. That will allow you to stretch the setups legs a little more.

I went with the 383 eagle crank(needed for more power in the future), H-beam rods with -20cc diamond pistons and pro seal rings! FI custom cam and 243 LS6 stage 2 heads with a D1SC @ 12psi help make the extra power!

EPP made 715rwhp on a mustang dyno(14psi)with a simular setup on a 347!I let you know what I get with 12psi!

More info on your turbo(s) kit?
I think the bottom should be balanced to the heavens. Many options on rods, pistons and rings. What about heads?

Can I get dibs on your ls1 block when finished?

What do u think is a large enough turbo? like 76mm? So the LS2 block will work good with all the other stuff right? or should i stick with stock cubes like a 346 or 347?

Yep still sitting here. Was my summer project untill all hell has broken loose. Crazy *** busy summer hasen't let me to do anything really. Need minitub and rear to run those wheels. So, 2007 pics

JOSE? Would a 76 with .96a/r have much more back pressure with a ls2 (364 right?)
I see alot of people running 76 .96a/r on a 346-7

You know a 19 inch drag radial has to come out soon
What kit you planning jake? Just upgrade you block now if you just want a 346. Or it gets honed .010 to a 347. I think speed inc's new twin kit would for sure make the power you want and streetablity. ls2 might be pushing it on back pressure. I'm sure the pros will correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks guys

Sure, I posted some pics of my project on a thread started by moparNOS in the wheel section for iforged. I'd link it to you but, the search is all fucked.

I'll see you at RSD right? Hopefully my **** is ready by then. 10 spokes

Go with a 76 with either an MPS turbine or GTS turbine. Stick with either a .96A/R or as close to that as possible.

But what motor would be a better way to go? the LS2? or just do a 347?

I personally like a 347. Smaller cubes, less PR differential, so the setup will run more efficiently at the top end.

ok..and it will be cheaper to build a 347, then an LS2 correct? do u think i should do a forged crank in case i wanna turn up the boost and shoot for more the 650rwhp?

So, basiclly that turbo would work better with smaller cubes to balance the hot/cold side pressure? I mean, closer to equal pressures?lol I'm stupid

Go 347, and the stock crank has already proven itself to 1000hp. No need for expensive cranks unless you just like spending money. Matt H. proved that already.

Plus, Jake the LS2 would be worth it for 1200+ HP and going at least 364 on the cubes. Otherwise your going to hit 650 with no problem. I believe also the LS2 in your camaro you have to extend the wire harness and a some other stuff that really dosen't make it worth the $$$. Save your money, go turbo AND get some Iforged bling bling.
Don't forget fuel that **** adds up real quick.

Alright..ill stick with the stock motor, go 346-348 and boost that baby..I need to save as much money as possible, while i understand its not cheap, i wanna keep it on as much of a budget as possible.
