Custom grind for application would probably be the "best" way to go. the LS6 cam does work well with FI applications though. Let me move this over to the Forced Induction section for you. You should get some better responses over there.

You might want to add a little more about your setup. Be specific too.

If you have the $$$$, get a custom, but the LS6 cam can be had for next to nothing. There are some that have made ~800 RWHP with it, so id say itll work

This may not answer your question specifically but I have the stock cam on my 02 Z06 with the Magcharger and it works well. The wide LSA is desireable for forced induction since it yields a lower cranking compression allowing the use of more boost. You can use the Z06 cam with a 1.85 roller rocker and performance spring to get a litle closer in performance to a custom cam.I have over 80,000 miles of use on this setup. In my opinion the 02 Z06 cam is an 8 on a scale of 1-10 for forced in duction/stock cubes. You can definately do worse.

03 LS6 cam here, works good and got it dirt cheap. I don't have any dyno/track numbers yet, but hopefully in the next couple weeks.

ok what im going to do is run a GT67 turbo and im looking to run about 20psi. I have a 4k stall that im going to send to get reflashed to a 3200 stall to help the turbo. currently i have pacesetter LTs, 4k stall, and race built trans. Im on stock internals. Stock heads, and stock cam.

thanks again

not to bust your bubble but your stock internals will never hold 20 psi - at the most you should run 8 psi on stock. anything above 8 and you need forged internals. the z06 cam is great for turbo application.

The Zo6 cam is good but I would think a custom grind cam would be better depending on your setup. If you want to run 20psi you better have forged internals with a really low compression and good heads.

running a Z06 cam here on a DD. #s in sig. Very happy with the street driving manners of it. I wouldn't want a lopy/choppy cam just to make it harder to drive and lose some low end..

KP has run 9.40s on the ls6 cam. i believe he about maxed it out lol. if you are going to the expensive of a FI setup, cam isnt much to worry about dollar wise.

i would talk to stenod for a FI cam personally.
