Default FMIC finally on, thanks TRT Billy.

Finally got my FMIC in. Sorry the pics suck, I took them at night in my garage. Now that I have my FMIC on i'm loosing about 2lbs of boost but the car pulls alot harder on the top end. I wanted to thank TRT Billy for the help and for providing awesome customer service/care.

Not on this bumper. I'm planning on buying a new since this one has a small crack.

I'm planning on to once I get off work. I can't wait to see how it runs with 10lbs of boost. I already noticed that the car runs harder with the 2lbs of less boost

Is it possible to keep the foam? Im guessing no. With no foam, hows the form of the bumper do? Does it still have enough support

Looks really good, especially on a black car. Did you end out using a Dremel to cut the front? I remember your PM.......

To get your 2lbs of boost back you'll need to "re-reference" where the wastegate is getting it's vacuum/boost signal. I switched mine from the compressor on the turbo to the vacuum line exiting the throttle body. Requires a good 15' of vacuum line on an STS car, but it works great and I've had no issues thus far.

I ended up using a box cutter because it was alot easier for to to keep a steady hand. My only disapointment is that there is too much space between the intercooler and front bumper.

I did the same thing and now the car runs even faster than before, dang I can't believe the diffrence it made Thanks for all the help.

Where did you run the line from and to for boost referance?? I have the same problem w/ my FMIC. I was looking at running it from the "T" that the Bov connects to. Then does it run to the same place that my BC connects to on the WG??

I ran my boost refrence to where I hooked up my boost guage. Run it from the same place on the waste gate to the BOV line and you should be good.
