I have tried to keep up with some stroker/blower LT1 buildups and outputs for about a year now. I am trying to find a good combination for my Impala. So far, all I have is heads, procharger kit, crank, rods, and block. Now I'm trying to pick out cam and pistons. Anyway, here are some of the combos I have written down. All of these had dyno sheets to prove their power claim. They were all gathered over other forums.

5.7" oliver forged rods
JE -31cc forged pistons
comp type R lifters
LT4 timing kit
comp pushrods
GM LT1 alum heads w/ 2/0/1.6 valves
comp pro-mag rockers, 1.6 ratio
comp TS-224XL cam 224/236 .536/.555 114LSA
walbro 340
delphi 52 lb. injectors
stock GM f-body MAF
ATI D1SC 15 psi twin core intercooler
58mm TB
long tube headers
3" exhaust w/ x pipe, spintech prostreet mufflers

The above combo was installed in an Impala. It made 556 RWHP and 669 RWTQ. With a 100 shot of nitrous, it made 653 RWHP and 729 RWTQ

Along with a 2800 stall and 3.73s, this engine was capable of pulling a full weight impala (~4150 lbs.) down the 1/4 mile in 11.31@118. Not bad for grandma's grocery getter 4 door.

10psi
comp 227/239
lunati timing chain

3 angle valve job
1.6 comp roller rockers
long tubes
3" exhaust with flowmaster 40s

622 RWHP

Not a stroker:

355 inch LT1
stock crank, stock rods, forged pistons
vortech s-trim at 14 psi
stock unported iron LT1 heads
LT4 hot cam kit
NX100 shot
50lb injectors

632.7RWHP 690RWTQ
Pushed a full-weight impala down the 1/4 mile in 11.13@125 on the nitrous.

I would strongly recommend that no one ever tries this setup. The stock rods and crank won't last long. Last I heard it was still working for him, but I wouldn't take the chance.

That's all I have.

My old combo was:

383 cid, 8.3/1
AFR 210 Race Readies, out the box.
224/236-114 high lift.
Aftercooled Vortech T-trim at 13 psi.
TH350 and a 4000 stall converter.

Dyno'd 550 rwhp and ran 10.40 at 133 mph at 3750 lb.
