Default Machine gun before full boost?? turbo

Im rolling along at about 20 and start to get into it.. the turbo spools up and I get a super fast..."pop pop pop pop pop" for a split second just before it hits full boost and then is fine.

Ive logged it several times and Im running 15psi. how should the fuel mixture taper into full boost mode? Right now I have it at about 110kpa running around 11.9:1 AF. 150kpa and up is set to run around 11.3-11.5:1 in that area. Timing under full boost is 15*. Air intake temp is around 80-90*. Plugs look brand new.
Any explanation for this machine gun effect?

Setup is-- 5.3L 317 heads 8.6:1 comp. 224/224 .580/.580 112 cam,
edelbrock intake.. GT45 turbo.. more details and pics in sig.

did you check to make sure plug wires are in ok? Maybe they were gapped to small?

does it sound like a rapid misfire?

it pops im guessing out the exhaust like super fast, like a rev limiter, but it only does it as the rpms go up, starting from like 3000rpms. by the time it hits full rpm and boost it runs smooth and fine.

no 2 step, It only does it for such a short time, not even a second. Hard to tell by the log, at around 100-110kpa one frame goes lean and then the next frame is rich, does that a couple times only for a few frames and then back to normal.
Anyone know what the A/F should be at these increments? mine is close to this-
100-110kpa 12.0:1 timing 18
110-120 11.8:1 timing 15
120-130 11.6:1 timing 15
130-up fluctuates between 11.4-11.6:1 timing 15

Am I too lean at around 100-110 maybe?? or should the AF go straight to 11.5ish right at 100kpa? Or anything related? My 60# injectors idle like crap also, not sure if somethings up there?

You are too rich, you should be in mid to low 13's af till about 5 psi then taper to your richer 11's by 8 or so psi. you will see better spool also. More timing in the low boost regions.
