Default Hope I picked right!! ordered a new blower cam today

I ordered a new blower cam for the new 346 motor today. I wanted a little bigger than I currently have but not to big. Custom ground by comp cams for me.

226/232 .586 in. lift/.591 ex. lift. I had it ground on a 116LSA with no advance ground in...I've been going back on forth on this for a couple of weeks trying to decide on a cam..Major decision...

The new motor is a 346, 8.9/1 compression, Diamond pistons, Eagle 6.125" on center rods, 317 hand ported heads, ECS Paxton, dual nozzel Meth kit, ported Weiand intake and 1 7/8" Kooks headers.

Hoping for an easy 750rwhp at 14psi.

Was at 620rwhp with stock heads and bottom with a 224/224 .581 lift 115LSA and no Meth

With that big of cam I would advance it 4 degrees, that way it will have a reasonable bottom and rev strong too. I would think it would still be pulling strong to at least 7000 or 7200. Mine is 222 230 575 585 114 "with 1.8 yella terras", and its installed straight up. I wish I would have advance it 4 degrees as when I hit 7000 it is still climbing hard and my bottom end power could be better. The intake duration being that big would make it pull high rpm. Unless you want to spin it higher.
