Default My first dyno chart on my twins

well i got my car on the dyno a couple weeks ago and thought i would share..
I didn't think it was to bad for being a cam only motor on 8.5 lbs

what do you all think?

The Air/fuel was 11.0 to 11.2 on 14 degrees of timing (trying to be halfway safe )

571 hp, 563 tq

Nice results! and nice set up too. I saw your car at the Nationals in Springfield back in August or September? We were running the Dyno trying to get yours up there, but oh well. I always wondered what a cam like that would do with some boost. Looks like it works to me

i wish i would have put my car on your dyno now. I didn't want to because i didn't have my laptop or cable with me. turns out the tune was dead nuts on and i only made one pull. would have worked out perfectly. It was good to meet you guys though.

LOL.....

You realize that some 'good' gas and a bit more timing will put you over the 600rwhp mark, right?

Real nice numbers!

Over 500hp from 4750, and over 500tq from below 4000!

Good job fitz. I hadn't seen that dyno yet. You'll be tough to beat next year on the new motor. Can't wait to see the best looking red car in town with some huge power!

I would love to crank up the boost, but i have always heard no more than 8 to 9 lbs on stock bottom end motor and no more than 550 hp for the motor to last very long.

What do you guys think? i am working on the built shortblock fund right now but hate to blow it up now.

anyway here are a few pics (once again click on the image for a larger view)

BAD *** Jason, congrats man! I got a custom 224 cam going into mine this winter at Craig's. I will try and stop by next time I am down around Springfield so you can check out the GTO.
