Default oil pressure?

Could having to big of a feed line to a turbo cause the eng to have lower oil pressure at idle?

Thanks

I would say no. Remember, the turbo is going to heat the oil a lot and when it heats up, it thins out. I drop about 10 psi or so when the turbo is hot.

Thanks. I was just checking. My turbo has a -6an feed line and I was not sure if that was going to hurt my motor. I know I need to change it. The guy I got the turbo kit from was using it on his car and said it worked fine. No smoking. Should I change it to a -3an or -4an? This is on a 355 lt1, small frame T88 that is mounted very high in the Eng bay.

Thanks
