Pick my turbo cam!

Pick my turbo cam! Well I was going to swap in my GF's 224/224 114 cam, but after pulling it out it looks like it's damaged pretty bad. It came out of a used short block and the lifters were trashed along with the cam lobes. So now I need help choosing a new cam.
Specs on the car: 346ci, T76 Turbo, Ported LQ9 heads, LS6 intake, 12psi max (stock bottom end). Running off a custom truck manifold setup.
If you've got a suggestion lemme hear it.

Hope to have my car together by late spring. I will be using a 228/228 588/588 114. I went with this size to try and keep some of my lower end. I think the powerband on it is like 2400-6800. So I vote stay with what you have.
