I don't see why the engine can't handle the power, provided you have the fuel system for it, and a good tune. Bob

With twin turbos and a 300hp fogger I'm pretty sure you will need someone to follow you around with a large enough cardboard box to fit most of the engine parts in.

If u plan on using the stock crankthat will not put up with the kinda power ull be makeing. Im not sure if the twin intanks and that inline will be enough fuel. Im not sure how it works when u have 2 pumps in sequence. Im absolutely positive ur gonna need injectors about 2x as big as the ones u have.
From the sound of it ur gonan be makin about 900-1000 rwhp with out the nitrous. And then u plan on spraying 425 ontop of that. GL!!!

I dont think any engine parts will handle that kind of power. Plus either the turbos or the nitrous would be pointless. Use one or the other.

You might have a head lifting problem. I don't think most run just the amount your talking let along on top of boost.

I'm no expert but I'd say just from the experience on this site from seeing what everone does it forget the spray and just go all turbo. People can get as high at 1500+ without spray so you don't need it. If you want big, focus on what it takes to meet your goals on turbos alone. What is yoru HP goal anyway?
