How much lift? Cam selection

How much lift? Cam selection 408 at 9:1 w/ t76 and 12psi and Patriot stage 3's. I have run this build through a dyno sim program and it is telling me to go as high as .650 lift to get max power. The cam profile selected is a 224/220 on a 116lca. Has anyone had any experience with bigger lift cams?
