I actually think he hasn't driven it since it was on low boost with the MAF (500ish hp). This extra 200hp is going to be quite surprising to him, those MT's on the back should keep it planted to the road a little better.

We tried talking him into a pro charger but he wanted something different. At the time there really was either pro charger or the new STS thing to do. I'm a fan of the over all torque it has with the turbo.

The turbo is the upgraded option from STS, i belive its the 67mm. Lag isnt bad at all, with 382 cubes and wrapped exaust.
It was tuned with EFI Live 2bar SD
Ive been sick all week or else i would have gotten some video of it on the dyno, but i managed to find a clip of when he was at the old high-boost with 650rwhp.

A 76mm or equivalent would give it quite a bit more top end, but being a street monster, the torque is going to be night and day. At about 3200rpms hes around 500ftlbs of torque, thats where the smaller turbo shines!

Bob/Jake.. Wow... Very nice... I agree with Jake... with a 382 I would go with a 76GTS or so... that would be as big as I would go. I am pushing the limits with my 88mm with a 408 on my STS/Rearmount

Is there a lot of cutting and hacking you have to do, or is it just changing out all of the turbo kit parts? The reason I ask is im sure STS could sell alot and I mean alot more kits if they were to say up the piping/turbo/WG/etc from the start, maybe as an option. Maybe a stage 2 kit or something. Granted I know you would have to up fuel system/internals/drive train/etc to reliably run more boost than the standard sts system, but just an idea.
