My 402 D1 vs Stock bottom #s
With a cam, D1SC, LTs, fuel system, LS6 intake manifold, and LS2 Throttle body I put down 641/509 on 12# of boost and 91 octane. This was with the stock heads and stock bottom end. I backed it down to the low 600s via 10deg timing over 6K for longevity sake and it ran like a charm.
I just upgraded to a 402 from Katech with Lingenfelter 6.0 heads and the same D1 and I'm loving the combo. I wanted to give everyone an idea of what kind of upgrade this is with the same car before and after dyno graphs. I am only running 10# of boost through this motor and the results are promissing.
Dyno Graphs
This motor can easily handle a ton of boost, but I may not go over 12# for some time as hooking it up is just as important.

We're pretty sure we can cover 800rwhp if we boost to it, but traction may be an issue as you guys well know.
We also went with the SPEC 5 as I had the 3+ already and plan on making more than it can handle.
Mine's also in an FRC that weighs in at 3080lbs full interior.
Yes it's a M6 car btw.

Hopefully this winter we'll actually tune it up a bit since timing was only at 14 degree's due to the fuel problem.I see no reason to run a F1 on the street, this car makes 500ft/lbs at 2500rpm and already has serious traction problems anywhere under 80mph.

Hey Drew... 13 PSI pulley will be here any day... ready to crank up the boost and the timing?
im hoping for a minimum of 750 rwhp on 91 octane before we have to put the race gas in... the car is on an EXTREMELY safe tune right now as the dyno was done with only 200 miles on the engine and clutch, plus Drew needs to get used to the car before putting it on Kill! still more on the table with a FAST 90 and 3 inch exhaust

That and we shot the dipstick out of the car because the crank case isn't ventilated enough so we're doing that too.
1st and 2nd on the street are just retarded. It's like riding a bucking bronco.
