Front mount intercooler I had a question for you guys with front mount intercoolers. When you put these in are you cuting out inner steel bumper to make them fit? Thanks.

I'd just do a large air/air intercooler.
If you see detination(which can happen at any boost level depending on tuning) try methnol injection. I've seen some good results with this kind of setup.
