That's no joke...It's incredible how every year at the same time they do this... They are well worth the money but with a company as big as procharger you would think that they could absorb some of the cost... Great kit either way...

Thats the 2nd one in less than a year....the last one was substantial too....atleast on the F2 kits it was (almost 10% I think). Fortunately I got mine from EPP before the last hike! I love my ProCharger.....except that it's finding the weak links in the rest of the car.

You typically don't see notices from any aftermarket company, but most increase their prices annually.

ATI's new application guide is coming out earlier this year, which includes pricing. ATI gives their dealers a heads up that a price increase is coming so they can plan for it in advance. Some dealers will use that as an opportunity to drum up a few sales. Lenco has done it for years in National Dragster.

Having been intimate with the automotive aftermarket for the past 18 years or so I'm immune to it and have to chuckle a bit when people act as if its an unusual event. It happens nearly every year, and you can expect it to happen next year to. You expect a cost of living increase in your wages at least once a year don't you?

The F Body D-1SC kits went up several hundred dollars in the last price hike. I had one serviceman who called from the Middle East who paid for his kit last Spring before the price hike, and we kept it on a shelf in the shop for him, as he didn't have us install it until he got back home to Tenn until the middle of the Summer. I got in right before the last price hike, and im sure glad i did!

What im not so glad about is that its STILL in the box in my bedroom! Is prochargers warranty 2 years? Id hate to put it on now and find out there was a manufacturer defect and im outta warrenty!

Oh and that deal EPP has with all the lil extras you will need. Thats a HELL of a deal! Wish it was around when i bought my kit, even with the increased procharger prices i STILL would have saved hundreds of dollars! Oh well what can ya do.

Every year you get new price sheets and usually every year everything goes up, thats just part of the business. While the made in China junk has dropped the price on a lot of little stuff or kept it the same anything thats made here has increased in price over the years.

Aluminum and steel prices has been nuts the last few years, I rememebr when you could buy a new steel deck open car trailer for 550.00, go see what you get now for 550

Price Increases -- try leaded bronze and M-7 Tool Steel. These two items are the main components of our fuel pumps and the suppliers have been raising costs exponentially. Then they throw on "fuel surcharges" for delivery!!
