I decided to keep the car and just entered it into Hotrod mags Pump Gas Drags so hopefully she gets selected. Here is the run down on the changing setup.

1998 Firebird
36,000 miles (pampered)
404 LS2
Mahle -32 Extreme Duty Pistons
Scat Rods w/ upgraded bolts
LS7 Lifters
AFR 225's
235/235 .588/.588 113lsa

S85 Turbo T6 based 1.06 AR
Vertical Flow Spearco Intercooler
HKS Wastegate
Tial 50mm Bov
Truck Manifolds
Piping and motorplates by Randy
Aluminum Charge Pipes
Stainless Hot Pipes
NX Nitrous Kit

Fast ECU
96 LB Injectors
Aeromotive fuel system
-10 feed

Th400 (Possiable Glide)
Neal Chance Converter
12 Bolt 3:73 (Narrowed 9" Coming)

325/50/15 MT Radials (315/60's coming soon)

We are just hoping to be competitive at the PGD's and shooting for 9.30's on pump gas.

very nice, haven't seen very many 402 afr headed s series turboed stuff.
should be very bad *** combo, I ordered my S80 a week ago but I'm going with a budget 370" iron.
how much $ you got into the hot/cold piping looks very nice

Close to $1400 with aluminum piping, Burns 5" 90, Stainless hot piping, and V bands. I wanted the S88 but it wasn't available at the time. I had a PT88 T4 but didn't want to fab the kit around a T4 and be limited.

No #'s yet. The motor in the pics is a 346 that we are pulling out Tuesday to install the LS2.

looks really good... I like how you kept everythign tight. Mine is a lil more open and easier to get to bolts...

I hope I will and I should have a good shot at it since its very much a street car. It has only been trailored once and has been driven to the track the other 40 times.

very nice,
definitely do the powerglide, it will cut down on weight be able to load up the turbo more.

How high ya plan on spinning the motor???
the 325's or 315's w/ the 3.73's for PGD's????
