Couple Of Rear Mount Questions!!!
Well i am just now finishing up my rear mount project. I plan on starting out with safe 4-5 psi, I have not done anything with the fuel yet, will this be ok I know I will have to get a tune to add the fuel but I am plan on getting a booster pump as well a set of 42lb injectors. I hopefully wil be able to run about 7psi in the future with 7psi should i get an intercooler? And also I do not plan on running any boost controller and just use a set wg spring is this a good idea, if not what do you guys recommend me using? Well thats it for now thanks a lot for your guy's time.

I would get my fueling and tuning fixed before you went WOT... How much power do you want to make? The intercooler depends on how much power your wanting to make. Im running 7 psi w/o an intercooler and my iats are around 120.. but its about 40-50 deg here... I will add an intercooler later to make it easier on the system ..

you "should get over 400 with 5psi. just make sure the tune and fuel is there and when you wanna run over 5, get the intercooler and WG spring, no need for a boost controller. look at my sig, you wont need it, $25-35 spring does the trick
good luck

I'm running the racetronix plug and play 255 lph intank pump and SVO 42 injectors. At 8psi and close to 500 rwhp and just over 500 rwtq i'm hitting 87% DC on the injectors. Just use a new Delco Fuel filter. I had a problem with a significant drop in pressure from a "made in china" filter. Pressure was 58 and WOT 40 with the delco filter 61 and WOT 54. Oh and get a 5psi spring and a boost controller. After you change your mind a few times at $30.00 a spring the boost controller will have paid for itself

As for intercooler. YES, add one. Even at 5PSI my IAT's were hitting
upwards of 130 degrees in Hawaii (only mid-80's outside temp). The stock tuning for the car begins to pull timing with IAT's over 100 degrees. So, you will lose a LOT of power from the car pulling timing. After adding a TRT FMIC my max IAT's reach only about 104, and that's if I'm driving "stupid" and getting into boost non-stop.
No real need for an electronic boost controller either.

I would also suggest getting yourself some kind of wideband. I have my laptop in the car logging data every time I drive the car, and with a turbo car, I can't imagine it any other way.
I agree with the others above, your current fuel setup is not going to support what you want to do. And fuel is the last thing you want to skimp on with a turbo setup, see my sig....I know this from experience! I was lucky we were tracking everything so we didn't blow the thing up.
