yes, do you have access to a welder? You could do the whole thing with bolts and holes........ not to mention tubing, but ebay can take care of that too im pretty sure.

yes you can save money, but ..... all the fab work and engineering is already done, just remove nose, cut bumper support bolt in FMIC and connect piping. took about 3 hours total,, how much time you gonna spend ???? my time is worth something!!!

I agree. If you search around here youll find some guys that have found alternatives but the money spend on research is often the same you could have spent on a tried and true setup such as TRT's

Their site states the kit is for an STS. Anyone know if they make a kit for the ATI D1SC?

EPP does - just want to compare each kit. Price appears to be about the same.

Here is how I do mine. pull the bumper support off. Lay the IC on top of it and trace out the area that needs to be cut. then drill 2 hols for the mounting bungs and you are rollin.

Thats a better pic of my 98 Z28. Its not hard to do. Just a little planning. You can save alot of $$$ doing it yourself.

I agree but its easier to buy a prefabbed IC and do your own tubing versus doing everything from scratch...after all the time/labor/money you spend on it, you couldve went the route of just buying one.

I could have done the one on my 98 Z28 twice for the cost of any sponsors kit. Their kits are nice, no doubt.
