Default PSI Loss over twin IC

Hi guys,
Just a quick question. I'm looking at the STS system and plan on running the ATI 3.5" twin intercoolers on my 2002 WS6. I'm thinking of running them in series (STS to Drivers side than to Pass side then up to intake). If I do this set up will I doubble the PSI loss through the IC's.

TIA, Dave

I would assume the minor losses would at least double having them in series vs. parellel, similar to electrical circuits with resistors. I do not know how many PSI this would correlate to, as there are too many variables...

If you assume that 2 3.5" intercoolers are sized appropriately for say 550-600 hp you can cut that in about half for an acceptable pressure drop when plumbed in series. It just not a good idea. There are two of them to support the flow required for the above power numbers however you achieve it plumbed in parallel.
