Default when buying a used procharger kit....

Was interested in buying a used kit but was wanted to know some good tips that i should be aware of or request?

-Obtain pictures
-Obtain the serial number and tag info
-Obtain miles/age of unit and parts
-Exchange buyer/seller info
-Anything else?

Also,
Does anyone know how ownership of the head unit is transfered?

Thanks

ATI doesn't keep records of ownership once the unit has been sold, so there isn't anything to do as far as transferring ownership of the head unit.
I strongly recommend that you do not purchase a used ProCharger system from Ebay, there are many scams on there where people are putting pictures of used systems on there for sale. One guy in Florida keeps putting systems on there for different vehicles, and Ebay then shuts him down several days later. Bob

Thanks Bob.

It only would be from a memeber here.

If it was new, it would be through you. ;-)

Actually if you call with the serial number before purchase they can tell you if any service was done to the unit and how old it is.

If you call after purchase and give them your contact info and serial number they will list you as the current owner and if the unit were ever to be stolen it may help in recovery.
