Default too much milage for a blower

I do have a question, eventually after saving up some more $$$, I want to add a procharger to my 01 Hawk. Is 56K miles too much to add a blower to it properly with a blower cam package & leave the heads stock?
Also, what gears would you recommend if adding a blower with an M6?

I know that in order to preserve the rest of the car and do it right, what all else has to be added/upgraded, but this is just a generic info question.

I believe Bob @ EPP threw a Procharger on a Z28 with 100K+ miles so I dont see why not. As long as you keep the blower to around 7-8psi it will last a while with a good tune and mindful driving. I'm runnin 3.73's in my M6 blower car, btw. You'll need to upgrade clutch/fuel/rear-if possible/subframes should be on the list as well.

Just do a compression test on the all of the cylinders and make sure that there is not too much leak down..

Most definately need to upgrade those parts as well, but was just curious about mileage, maybe too much wear N tear on it already then adding more cylinder pressure.
Frame connectors are going on reguardless.

With 56k miles, his engine is just broken in.

Here is my Z28.

Here is a list of recommendations that I consider necessary for installing forced induction on an F Body.
