the procharger kit comes with a boost a pump not an intank pump like you are thinking. If you are planning on going big with lots of boost and heads and cam then you will need more fuel than the BAP can give you. My car has a D-1 heads cam and bolts on and I am running 2 intank fuel pumps new fuel lines, rails, big injectors and a boost referenced FPR. We need to know more of what you plan to do in order to tell you what to get.
But the pump that comes with the procharger kits you do not need to drop the tank to install.

Do yourself a favor and add the intank pump instead of the inline (patch) pump. You will get much better power handling and more volume.
Walbro intank Replacment pump $149.99
PnP Hotwire kit $69.99

i just plan on running the 7psi, not a lot, right now i'm running a h/c car 410rwhp should i invest in a intank fuel pump i want to make a little more power, or will the one that comes with the kit be alright

The inline pump is an Airtek pump very similar to the Walbro. The pump kit is designed so that you just have to plug the hoses into your existing fuel system leaving the stock intank to run at a lower pressure and feed the external pump. With 7 psi you can't go wrong with either route, an upgraded intank or the external. From a reliability standpoint a single pump would be the preference as you only have one pump and relay to fail, instead of two of each. The Airtek pump has proven to be very reliable in the field and the supplied relay is rated for automotive use at 40 amps. For me it would just be the inconvenience of installing the intank as I feel that most will probably go that way.
The external pump was originally speced for the LS1 when it was tuned with an FMU which drastically raises fuel pressure requirements and two pumps are required for that operation. All the LS1 Fbody kits are now tuned with injectors and a Predator and the pump remains in the kit for added insurance.

I would at the very least do the a single upgraded intank pump AND the BAP when you get the kit. And I would upgrade to 60# injectors when you get the kit also that way you have room to grow and will have plenty of fuel.
If it was me thought I would do a dual intank setup when you install the supercharger that way you can crank up the boost and have the fuel for it.

Since you don't have the ProCharger kit yet and you have to purchase a fuel pump, I would go with an intake fuel pump. The Walbro GSS340 pump we see is only $115.00. Bob

The ATI inline worked well for me with ~10psi PLUS a 50 shot of nitrous. Matter of fact that inline pump is still on the car I sold and it gets bracket raced almost every weekend for the last three years and its still going. I dont know what the cost is new but its an easy plug and play install and I ran 10.50 with the thing on a 2000 car with a stock engine. If the price wasnt bad I'd use it for a mild setup..
