Default D1SC procharger cali emissions legal?

just wondering if anyone knows if the D1SC procharger for camaro/firebird LS1 is California emissions legal? thanks in advance

No it is not. ATI can only get kits legalized in California that include a supplied tune, and the D-1SC kits do not include the tune from ATI. The P-1SC and P-1SC1 complete kits are 50 state legal. Bob

Exactly!!! Why don't you get it smogged and then put the blower on...I really doubt some guy pulling you over is going to know the difference between a P1SC and a D1SC when he's looking down in the engine bay and you can't even hardly see the damn blower anyways!!! I'm so ready to leave this retarded state...

We have sold many D-1SC heads units to our customer's who initially purchased P-1SC kits. Apparently they will switch back to the P-1SC head unit when the time comes that they have to get the car resmogged. Bob
