There is no way I'd let my future significant other know how much I'd dump into the car...

Whatever it's going to be, it'll be divided by 2 (maybe 3 if I could afford a build by W2W or SpeedInc ).

Mine was the first protoype of the CAS twin turbo setup originally. My car sat outside for a whole year. I can't believe I let that happen.

Those are ten times easier to deal with than blowing up wives or girlfriends. Lots of healthy relationships going on here.

My original installer did not know what he was doing, then went out of business after I paid him money. The second, and tuner, had never tuned an LT1, but did not tell me that. Then the FPR went out, I replaced it, and found that the previuosly installed, upgraded injectors did not actually fit my LT1. Now the car runs well with new injectors, but the oil check valve is now faulty. A replacement is awaiting installation. I am hoping that 2007 is the year of the Formula. I hope.

I've never blown anything up but I did go through 3 sets of headgaskets from the head lifting.

My 6-speed always help up when I had that in there with the McLeod Twin disk
I lost a sprag in my TH400 on the street with about 660RWHP

The key is to avoid detonation at all costs. A good tune is critical with the right fuel.

My story is the amount of money it took to finish the car off, and the dreaded domino effect of fixing something, then another part breaks.

ps: Dealing with dumbass shops in the area that have their head up their ***.
