Turbo size for this setup I have a good friend that is building a 1970 Cuda. He is putting a new LSX block in it with a Turbo. He is building a 454ci motor and he is wanting 1300rwh. We are trying to find out what turbo to run. It will have a 4L80E in it. It will be running by the Power Tour because he and I will be taking our cars for long haul. He was going to build a new Hemi for it but he was so impressed with my setup and how it runs and all that he is putting a LS1 in it. He is really going to **** some folks off lol.

i was thinking the same thing but na$ty-ta is the man that knows what he is talking about so listen to him and i would recommend checking his car out.

With a 454" small block you're going to have a very short compression height, sounds like a recipie for broken pistons to me.
IMHO do a big bore 427 or stock bore 402/408 with a pair of 67-70mm turbos.

S95 will do the job and spool nicely on that size engine. The compressor wheel we use is a new style now.....wheel flows 168 lbs/min. The old wheel flowed 151 lbs/min....so the 95mm will do the job.

Jim when did you e-mail me?? We have been down and I'm only on for a little while tonight. We are moving to our new facility and nothing is hooked up yet....argghh. I am having to take care of e-mails and phone calls sporadically. E-mail me again...I will get you an answer.

NO twins for now. Also if Jose would call my friend back he would have sold a turbo and other stuff by now. He called and left a message on his phone Tuesday. I wish Forced Induction would get there **** together. Makes you want to order somewhere else.
