Default WOT woes

Well, I finally got all the little kinks and gremlins out of my turbo setup, and decided to have a little fun only to discover another disappointing problem. The engine has no problem getting in the revs at part throttle up to 90% or so, but when it goes WOT, it doesn't rev past 4000 rpm (Just holds there) and makes no power. going from part throttle free revs to WOT is almost like hitting a rev limiter. Regardless this is ONLY at WOT and there are no codes at all associated with it. Is this just pesky torque management getting in the way or something else? Any input would be nice. Stock bottom end, TTi kit, T-62 ball bearing turbo, upgraded (52 lb) injectors, running 7 psi max boost. There is no knocking or lack of smoothness associated with acceleration either. No pinging, straight noises, and as I said it shoots right up to redline at part thottle (and insanely strong) no problem. Just WOT issue... thanks!

Auto tranny? If so, could be in the tuning.

WOT actually uses different setpoints for things like shifting and revlimiters.
