Default Blowby...

just got back from track to day and somthing bad happened lots of white smoke and blew valve cover gasket and dipstick tube out pulled number 5 plug has alumi speckels on it only running 8 pounds with stock pistons and no compresion any ideas ringland,hole,headgasket? oh ran a 11.16 on that run

same thing happened to me, broke ringlands off numbers 4 and 7 cylinders

looks like the tops of pistons 1 and 3 are eatin out bout a inch but they dont look broke any ideas?

Too much timing/not enough fuel. 1 or the other or both.

dipstick is one thing,but when your blowing valve cover gaskets their's most deff something going on.My guess would be a ringland aswell..Do a leakdown..

Looks like you will find the same broken ring-land that bob posted a picture of; but yours looks worse

the ringland is missing. that does suck. time for a forged buildup.
