Turbo choice for true street class....

Turbo choice for true street class....
Locally there is a 4 inch inlet and 3 inch outlet limit on the compressor housing for "true street". I have talked with lots of different people on the issue and want a opinion.
From what I have gathered a Pte 47-88 is going to be my highest flowing/highest hp unit. It has a h cover 4in/3out and a t6 exhaust side with a 1.08 exhaust a/r.
Does anyone know of a turbo that will make more power then this unit, given the restrictions?
Secondly, I am going to have to run a smaller motor to make the power needed. I think it is best I stayed with a iron block for strength. I also have a set of et performance 245's that I would like to use, they are opened up for a 4.030 bore. So......that leaves me with a 4.030 bore, stock crank, hydrualic cam, billet mains, studs ofcourse and 370 cubes.
Will that turbo work well with a 370?
Would it be worth the loss in flow to stick to a 364 to keep the ci down?
I want to be competitive but I dont want to spend a fortune on the motor destroking it to get a needed ci, if I can get the results with a 364/370 motor.
Let me know what you guys think.

Research these two and see what you think - Precision's PT98/88 or Turbonetics-88mm dual ball bearing. Both of these are bad azz turbos. For info on the Turbonetics dual bb 88mm I have a freind you can call. PM me for his number. Great guy and has a long standing rep (20+ years) in the turbo community.

They are required to run no more then a 4" inlet cover with 3" outlet. The wheel I believe is not even discussed. I am working on a custom unit I maybe able to build, but until I do some final machining, I won't know for sure.
