Turbo manifold construction

I've heard a couple of different ideas on best construction. Whats the best material for the flange, bends and collector? I've heard:
Mild Steel Flange
SS Bends
Mild Steel Collector

MS Flange Bends and collector + Coating

321 if you have the cash flow....if not go MS with coating.
