Default Not a F body but a cool FI project!

Hey guys I wanted to share this 06 Ford GT we are currently working on. I must say these cars are setup pretty nice. Here is a little description of the project and we should have it completed next week. Just waiting on some parts. Tuning will be done with SCT Well we finally got around to doing my buddies 06. So far it has been pretty smooth. These cars are really nice and working on them takes alot of time and patience. The only complaints I have so far is Whipples customer service is not up to par. We are going to run the 23 psi pulley and I called Whipple to make sure of the belt size. They would not give me a part number and wanted to sell me a $35.00 belt for $189 Any way I got the belt locally and all is well. Has plently of tension and belt slip shouldnt be an issue. The clutch is currently @ Spec in AL. And I should have it back by Monday. I am still waiting on our heff exhaust with baffles to come in. All of the cats and exhaust manifolds are out for ceramic coating to keep temps down. And the coil pack covers are getting chromed. Here is the link to some pictures of where we are at on the build. Hope to get some track times soon.

I've heard the entire stock fuel system can support 800+ rwhp.

The fuel system has a dual intank pump system. The FDPM's are allready modified with high output resistors. The car has a total of 16 injectors. Here is a pic of the fuel rail. The system can sustain about 1k at the wheel with BAP's.

That things bad ***. The blue valve covers and brake calipers look so weird with that color combo though.

Sick project, those things roll out

I taped up the claipers so they will not get scratched. But the valve covers would look better black!

Violent to say the least I have a few problems to work out with the boost controller and tunning , but getting there a lot better after a little street tunning last night.

With BAP's absolutely, but you gotta be pushing BIG power to even need them!
