Kit great...motor...somethings broke.....
opened cutout for first pass and it boosted to the moon!!! Just opposite as it did before.....left ok....i let off just before the 1/8 and everything looked ok so i went wot again but it wasnt pulling the same
here is slip
60' 1.490
330 4.014
1/8 6.184 @ 104.6
1/4 9.851 @ 130.89

Pressurized coolant...blew rad hose...filled with water and now its hydrolocked...Ill check it out sometime this week. Gonna fix whatevers wrong...get a 7psi wg spring and c16 and try again....,,,,I should have been more careful and let out at the 330 mark as it should have been obvious that it wasnt only the 13psi i was expecting. Nobodys fault but mine....
I do know that once its "right" it oughta boogie for 3850#

Man, I hate to hear that the motors hurt. You have to feel a little better running a 9.8 coasting....kit can make big power. Was the EB2 hooked to the gate? Tials hook up different than Incons internal.

eboost2 was connected but set at like "03" which should be wastegate spring boost. Weird that it acted totally opposite with the cutout as it did before i got my exhaust welded up. Ill get it....it was still running and not making any racket.

I let off at 107mph before the 1/8 and then coasted a bit and got back into it after the 1/8. The 330' is good for a 9.38...the 1/8 was good for a 9.53 so I know it will get it done eventually....timing was 10-11 degrees so its got some *** left in it....especially with a better 60'...another grand on the 2step/brake and some tuning down low and it should go. Ill get it one day.......prolly got the head...we will see.

What tire/wheel combo you running in the back? look like 28's from your avatar... how was the run also, pedaling or non-eventful?

what kinda tire?

so your total 2 step timing was 11? well thats very conservative i would say.

did you leave from a sportsman tree? what was your r/t how long did you wait etc. happen to see the boost number when you left?

my 2 step is so darn loud though... oh yea and sorry about the mishap.. i know its hard to let out when you are on a run like that.

i see that you arent disclosing the actual boost number? heh.

headgasket and spot on the head bout size of a dime....Ill be running by the weekend i think....depends on the machine shop.

Boost seems to have been around 20.5psi with 22peak at shifts..... .03kr at the 2-3 shift
gas was about 7 gallons 93 and a can of torco...i had no idea boost was going to go up so i thought fuel was fine for the 10-13psi i was expecting

15x8 with 275/60/15 MT Drs at 16 cold psi...temp was somewhere in the 70s i think

David.....i only made 4 psi on the brake/2 step....r/t was .735......yeah i was asleep at the tree...sportsman tree. Timing was low just to be conservative.....i tried to start way conservative so I know it has a good bit more in it. I totally forgot to do something ONfire mentioned....take my boost ve table and make it stupid rich for 15+ psi since i was only expecting 10-13psi....then it would have gone waaayy rich and layed over letting me know something was wrong. I just have to get/be more prepared....I really need to make a checklist as i forget too much...I have had many probs that were from not remembering to do things and some from fault parts. I can at least alleviate one of those

vid has no sound as my wife did it with the dig camera....

Jerry...get me some dimensions on your bottom radiator hose...ID both ends...length before and between each bend, etc...I want to look tonight and see if I can find something fairly close to the overall configuration, or at least eliminate one piece of pipe...

seems like an normal run....... for cable that is!!!

seriously, im like you dude! I wanta get out there so fast that sometimes i forget the little things. OR, perfect example, i was replacing the manifold and springs on the 408ci. Manifold was one prior twice due to me having to redue the knock sensors..

anyways, manifold is on, again... changing exhaust spring, AGAIN!! for cylinder #2 and blamo, while compressing the spring, the rocker bolt broke off in the head! Then, i guess i was rushed a bit, while trying to remove the bolt, i broke of the tap that would of removed the broken bolt!! great huh?!

anyways, cars is running good... what do you think you would of ran at 10-13psi?
