STS charge pipe size? Downpipe? FMIC w/fogs?

STS charge pipe size? Downpipe? FMIC w/fogs? Im removing part of my charge piping and rewelding to go under the axle. Then it dawned on me that maybe I should consider different sized piping.
Its currently 2.25" all the way up to the IC (where it steps up to 3"). Should I go to 2.5"? At what point is 2.25" restrictive?
I was wondering the same for my downpipe. Its 3.5" straight and then a turndown. I built a piece to put in with a bullet and 90* turn to a tip but wasnt sure if it would effect backpressure and boost. Is bigger better or worse?
Last but not least, Have any of you guys fit an IC AND the foglights without cutting stuff up? Most T/A bumpers I see dont have them...still scratchin my head over this
edit: who makes good FP and A/F guages for budget? I want something that matches now

Keep the charge pipe from the turbo to the intercooler the same size. Here are a few fmic installs...

SSnakekiller did you drill those holes for the IC (top and bottom) and what size IC is that? Fits really good. You guys have some nice installs.
