Is this a good Turbo cam?
Getting the APS turbo kit and im in the market for a cam with new lower comp heads. I found this one but not sure if its a turbo cam.
242/242 .595/.595 112LSA or go with the EPP cam.
I have the Speeptek F1 cam right now, its a reverse split with 595 lift and not sure on the rest but its a 112 LSA. is that a Turbo cam?
Thanks Jordan

Thats a very big cam for a turbo.Unless you have a pretty strong 408 or somthing.I would go with somthing 220to225 duration with a matching intake and exhaust duration and 550s to 580s lift with around a 114 lobe seperation. There a few ways you could go youll just have to read into it.

Ok well I'm just going to go with the EPP turbo cam. Thats a good one for a 346 Ci and the APS kit. RIGHT? heads will flow somewhere around 315-320ish so i think they will work out fine.

Did anyone even bother asking what turbo? The cam will be fine if the turbo will support the rpm range it wants to run in.
Also, ONCE AGAIN, it's not about LSA, it's about overlap, and all available testing has shown that more overlap makes more power on a turbo setup.
