I run the patriot duals...but I'm at ~500, not too high.

I was running hte AFR springs, but now I chose to go with the comp 921s over the patriots on my ET heads.

I run PRC dual springs.I have about 10k miles on them and there doing fine

Whats high I made 920 rwhp on a mustang dyno with patriot duals, stock lifters, and stock rockers.

I'm running stock rockers. I'm running ETP springs now, but I have run several other springs in the past.

We get springs from ET and set them up at around 185-195 on the seat in conjunction with comp stock replacement lifters, stock rocker arms, and 1,100+rwhp/7,500+rpm.

they were fine, I never had any valve float so they did what they were supposed to

Only reason I switched heads is because of the 6 bolt/cyl LSX block

The main reason I made this post was to help others understand what works. Each car is going to be different, but there should be information out there to get people started.

I run CC921's, but I think I need more seat pressure. I am around .045-.050 on the shim right now, but due to valvespring harmonics/resonance around 5200rpm to 5500rpm I think I need to shim some more or go with a much stronger spring.. I guess that is what you get when your car makes over 750rwhp on the wastegate spring..
