Default Vortech V9 G-Trim: how much power from 6 to 9 PSI?

I have a 6 PSI Vortech kit, how much power should I gain going with the smaller blower pulley used in the 9 PSI kit?

Is that really a good idea? The engine is internally stock and has 75'000 miles.

I don't have the intercooler used in the 9 PSI kit but I have a WI to cool the charge air. Is that OK if I stay without intercooler?

Thanks!

Well it all depends on HP gained per pound. What are your current IAT's?

Sorry for my late answer, but I haven't received any email from the forum about your posts

Without WI the IAT is around 170F @ 5 PSI and drops to 80F when the WI kicks in (in summer, really hot days). The WI is active from 1 PSI so it cools the charge air pretty soon.

...lasted over a year means that... you blew the engine after a year?
510 rwhp only with the 9 PSI setup?
How much PSI you were making in reality? (I think the "9 PSI kit" is making around 7 PSI...)

Is that normal to mess up a stock boosted engine?
I'm at 20'000 miles right now.

Where can I buy the smaller pulley? Do I need a different belt too? (shorter).
