Whats your combo? I would suggest a new belt for starters, next i would free up the inlet tract with a larger filter to reduce suction on the stocker.

The RR pulleys are known to be an "OK" fix to belt slip, mainly they just chew up belts as you already see.

The set up you speak of has proven itself time and time again here on tech. It is a spring tensioned 8 rib pulley set up that will put an end to your belt slip problems and get you making big RELIABLE boost in no time. Belt life is also increase substantially as well.

I ran it and now its on Kp's TA and he has had nothing but great success with it too.

I'd say the SDCE is your next step, you've done everything else short of a larger crank blower pulley/larger head unit pulley combo. Bob

SDCE solved all of my issues and put me over the 500 rwhp mark. Do the 8 rib, not the 6 rib.
