Just test drove new build for first time!!! Just got done performing first of two 45 minute break in periods on new engine. Car has been under construction for about 3 months it seems. New build includes going from stock LS1 block to forged SDPC 402/6.0 L Iron block and from P1SC @ 7psi to D1SC @ 10-12 psi. Car will be S/D tuned at LS1 Speed Inc. on the 20th. A billion other upgrades as well. Rough as hell without the final tune in it, but nothing beats getting back in the thing after all of this time. Cool night, top down, turning heads! Sounds mean as hell compared to the previous set up. Can't wait for the Speed Inc. boys to work their magic....Many thanks to Shane at Thunder Racing and most thanks to Jay Billingsley my friend and master mechanic.
