Default missing boss on lq4

while putting my motor together today i noticed that there is only one tapped boss for the alternator on my 6.0 compared to my ls1. there is one untapped boss which should be easy enough to resolve but the third by the timing cover is non existant on the 6.0. the problem is is that i am running a D1 procharger and it's bracket mounts on these three spots. has any one run into belt slip/bracket flex issues due to this and have you come up with any bright ideas to take care of the problem. thanks

yes all 6.0 iron blocks are missing that hole and you have to drill and tap it.

The iron blocks are missing two holes, you can drill and tap one but you will still be missing another one and there is nothing you can do to get it back. But a lot of guys are doing it and it seems to work OK even with the one missing bolt. LSX block has all the holes though.

I know a few have talked about it but I dont know anyone who has actually done it in an F-body. I know a couple used the C5 stuff for conversions (RX7) but if no one has done it on an F-body I doubt you will get an answer.
