overlap = [[(int.dur + exh.dur)/4] - LSA] * 2

just remember that formula and look for a cam.... from what most guys say on here, keep the overlap under 5* and don't get an LSA a lot lower than 113 or so...

my cam is a 220/224 580/580 114LSA... i think its probably a really good FI cam, but my car isnt even done, and i'm wishing i had gotten a larger cam... o well.. maybe down the road....

I think that most any cam actually works not too bad but would think totally wrong cam would blow the boost out. I went with lingenfelter gt7 turbo cam. It seems to be a just about exact copy of some z06 cam so maybe just buy the z06 cam if its cheaper from gm?
I figure lingenfelter knows a thing or two about turbocharging. I currently have a cam that I bought for NA possibly nitrous use but am changing it out soon. Its 221/221/558/558/114lsa. There are tons of opinions as to what the best turbo cam is. I wanted something in my turbo car that idles great and don't need no lopey idle.
I can pretty much wipe out lope anyway now if want to idle the cam up to 950/1000 range with my tuning. gt 7 specs are on lingenfelter site.

Go with the Speed Inc. TU1 or have them custom grind you a cam. The TU1 is 225/225 .581/.581 113

i had the incon setup with multiple cams. Pick whatever cam provides the idle you want. Stock cam will still max the incons so dont go too big and kill your off boost power

I let somebody smarter than me recommend an incon cam. Mine is a 222/222 duration ground on XE-R lobes.

second on the SPEED INC. 225 225 .581 .581 113(+2 I believe) call frasier he'll get it to your door for bout 379.00 from Comp. Love mine. you get the chunkiness of a big cam, the streetability of stock and pushes the turbo nicely. ~Guy

Just like the others metioned, would recommend our TU1 cam.

Same cam I use with my APS turbos.
