First I have

Built motor 9.1 comp
Ls6 Ported Heads
F13 230/232 595/585 114 +4
Headers
67mm Turbo


Right now Im running a 5lb spring but its making 6-7lb on the guage off the manifold.. I have to figure out whats going on there..

Anyway I just hooked up the boost controller yesterday and plan to run maybe 9-10lbs and would like to run nitrous to make the charge a little cooler.. Right now im running meth and it still gets to 130-140 after an 1/8 run.

What Im really looking for is what would be safe timing to run? Also A/F
Im thinking maybe 16* timing and 11.0 afr ?

Right now Im running 20* and 11.5-11.9 afr..



So far I have only run 1/8 passes but I trap 105 and Im afraid I would run out of gear in the 1/4..

From the dyno graph it pulls up to 550 at 5700 and then dies down to 510 at 600 and then 560 at 6300??? What are you guys doing in the 1/4? Is yours dropping off at that rpm?

105 in the 1/8? Is your car super light? If it's not I'd suspect that you are seeing quite a bit more than 6psi at the manifold. I trap 105 in the 1/8 and have to push 15psi with t76, but our weather sux here for turbo cars so it takes me more boost than the sea level guys.

Are you spraying the meth before or after the IAT sensor? If it's after it will not tell you what the temperature drop is. With 150 degree intake starting temps at the line I see 80ish at the end of a pass if the ambient temp is 100.

I assume it because of your 2700' DA.... We are at about 200' DA here.. I live in MS so the temp and humidity sucks tho....

Im running my boost gauge off the hobbs switch that sts supplies for the oil pump.. Im going to reinstall it today and see if it reads differently ..

Im spraying meth before the IAT.. Actually I may just need to buy actual meth.. right now i have 4 bottles of heat and wiper fluid mix...

Do you have an intercooler?

I dont want to buy an intercooler because I may buy the APS kit soon.. I just dont think the 67 will take me down the 1/4.. I know I need a 76 but after that and an intercooler the kit is about what an aps kit is..
