Cool Turbo'd the wifes truck

Put a Trick performance kit on my wifes 05 Avalanche(my tow vehicle). We will be offering these kit's for sale.Very easy to install, easy 1 day.Kit works awesome too.The dyno is at 7lbs and 93 octain gas.We did add an intercooler and have meth for future high boost but not turned on yet.
The truck had a 216 cam in it and a filter.Thats it.Also it's a 5.3L.

Here are some pics.

That's a freakin grocery getter from hell... So is the turbo the only thing done to it?? Do these trucks have the 4l60e's or the 65e's?? converter?? What size injectors did you go with... How far are you looking to push it... Lastly, when you taking it to the track!!!

1-tranny will go shortly, 4L80 is in the works
2-60lb injectors with an Alky control meth kit waiting to be turned on
3- Probly push the stock motor to 12lbs.
4- Truck has a 216 Cam in it from before.Only change is the turbo kit waste gated to 7lbs so far.

What's the manifold setup? Stock on 1 side & some sort of tubular/log on the other? I can't tell from the pics. Looks really nice.

62-1 Turbo with .81 exhaust. Works very good. Basic kit is $4095 that includes all hot parts, turbo, pipe to TB and all nut's,bolts, lines ect. You only have to make a pipe from the downpipe to the existing exhaust.

Then you add 44lb truck injectors ,done.
options are the intercooler setup which you have to make.

I'm thinking we will sell this setup for around $6k-$6.5k complete,installed/tuned/intercooled.

hmmm.... did the avalanche come with the electric fans of is that something you did seperately? I know its common on the truck forum so I wanted to see if that is what you did.

And idea if a kit like this might fit in a H2?
