Need HELP??? Remote mount turbo leaking oil out exhaust? I have a remote mount T4 GT45 turbo on my C5 and I had a oil leak out the turbo when i first put it on, and then found out the return pump was to small so I put a Shurflo 8000 pump that is good for 120 gph and it stopped the leak for about 2 weeks then all of a sudden one day it started leaking again. Ive checked and the pump seems to be working ok, ive put a check valve in the return line to make sure it wasnt leaking back into the turbo when i cut it off and still no fix, im confused please give me some ideas or Help please. i have 40 psi oil pressure, and i have also put a nitrous jet in the feed line to restrict the oil.
