Ran a 9.4 at 143 and a 9.3 at 144...

Picked my 60 up to a 1.37 on the radials....first time both wheels came up

Damn that's awesome! What kind of DA do you expect to be seeing in the fall at your track?

Thanks folks...it's finally starting to come together...took a while (as Kevin predicted) to figure out the new combination. When I took off the 9.9@141 Incon kit last winter I replaced EVERYTHING except the intercooler. Speed Inc Street kit, Rossler T400, Chance Converter, 9 inch rear with 3.00 gear, SD tune,etc,etc.....took a while to get the bigger turbos/looser converter to hit the radials hard enough to hook them...shocks/2step/airpressure/etc plus some track prep....drag radials need a hard sustained hit....

My goal was 9.8 in the heat at Bristol....the Incon kit was a 10.1-10.2 combo in the heat...9.9 was a 70 degree day.....so a 9.3 in 80 degrees....I'm done.

Track closes Oct 6 to hang Christmas lights.....so 4000ft is about it.......

PSJ knows the effects of Bristol DA Jim....he came down one day a few years ago...

Big enough turbos will make up for some of the DA but not the uphill part

You are done because you have the quickest LS at Bristol but I'll be back there next year

Congrats again, I'm glad you stuck with it. One of the quickest what I would call real street cars around thats for sure.

Bristol is on a 1% uphill grade. They did it to help slow down the top fuel cars. Doesnt sound like a lot but its a tough track on mph, went from running 146 at Commerce GA (which is be no means a generous mph track, Tom ran there as well) and went a blazing 143 at Bristol in similar DA.

Its not the track to go to for internet timeslip racin thats for sure.

Kevin, you're more inspiration than competition.......You're THE GUY that convinced me to start turning wrenches/tuning again and stay away from shops....best advice ever.

Since you're clicking 150's...all I can say is
