Default How to keep car cool with IC infront of condensor?

Im running an old QMP kit where you have to remove the fan shround and install the intercooler right in front of the condensor. As expected my car is getting really hot, especially with the a/c on.

Any tips on how i can cool my engine without the shroud there?

Could removing my underdrive pulley for a stock help with flow?

I can fit a fan on the IC, what do you think?

Anyone running a setup like this. I know its not the best and the newest but i think it can work. Just need some ideas on how to keep the motor running cooler. Normal driving in any temp is perfect around 200-205. If i run the a/c for 15 in traffic and 80+ it will get to 240-250. Or if i beat the hell out of the car it will get to 220.

Its not really bad so there should be a way to help out.

Any ideas?

Maybe try some water wetter in your coolant... supposed to cool it off by 20*'s I think.

I did that, did nothing. Today i replaced my fan motors, took out the condensor and cleaned the **** out of it, and put on my stock balancer. Its a tad better but it will still over heat with the a/c on max and me beating on the car.

try having both fans come on at the same time at a lower on/off temp.
and up your turn off speed (highway driving)
assuming you have a tuning tool.

A bigger radiator would definitely help! The BeCool ones are supposed to be pretty decent from what I've read on here. I plan on putting one in here as one of my next mods.

see if you could put a better fan on. if the air isnt going through the rad to exchange the heat a larger radiator isnt going to help.

Is the "direct fit" be cool the real deal. I know alot of things say just bolt it in and its seems like thats never true. Im dont have much room to play with anymore so any heads up would be great.

why not fix the real problem and move the IC to the front of the nose of the car out of the way, not that hard or to expensive and will work allot better.
when i had my tti kit with inter cooler there IAT's were horrible, now with my new kit the temps stay low.
