Default jdm t70 turbo?

Hey guys this is my first post on this site, proud new owner of a seta. I have a few genral questions: Anyone on here ever use this brand turbo? I have found them on E-bay real cheap and im wondering why. $260 buys a nice looking one, just wondering how they perform.

If it seems too cheap to be true, then it likely is...

And the fact you seen this bargain on ebay, makes it even more likely its ***** lol.

Not sure how to post a link but it is item #260168350243. just wanted info on this brand. Ive heard there are crappy turbos on ebay but not sure witch ones to avoid. I will have to buy part by part for a turbo setup as funds are short after buying the car.
