Default Smoking really bad thought it was rings but found oil in the intake

I was thinking it was the rings but now I've found oil in the intake which I have to assume is from poor drainage from the turbo or the oil seal on the compressor side is gone. I assume this because there are no vaccum lines going to the intercooler piping or the intake on the turbo. Is this the correct assumption?

I just rebuilt a Dodge motor that was a friends that had oil in the intake from his procharger setup and the heads were floating under boost. The compression was leaking into the cam valley pressurizing the crankcase causing it to push oil into the intake through the pcv hose. If your not running any vacuum lines at all to the intake system then it sounds right as far as the turbo being the culprit.

You may still want to do a leak down test. Bad rings may push oil into the intake.
