Default kenne bell AND MS4?

That is something that I never really would have previously thought of, but after seeing how well that worked out for that maggie guy last month that got me thinking, I am looking into a kenne bell c5 set up, and just so happen to have a brand new ms4 collecting dust .... Soooo I was wondering what you guys thought.

The plan would be a c5z with prc stage 1 ported heads, and ms4 maybe, with the 2.6l kenne bell kit. forged bottom end to follow suit in about 6 months.

I would have never thought of this as a good idea, but maybe that would help a little with traction on the bottom end and also help out on the top end. I might just try it for the hell of it any way, since the cam is collecting dust in the garage currently.

Well I thinks thats a great idea putting the blower alone. Your prob gonna need to change the hood and what not though. The cam I'm not to sure about, what are the specs for the MS4 cams?

I think it's a great idea, but not in that order. I think that's going to make too much power for the stock pistons. I would just do the KB now, and do the heads & cam at the same time as the forging.

well, I already have the brand new heads and cam (and all needed swap stuff) sitting around collecting dust, and I was planning on low boost for a while untill I forge the bottom end.

And yes the kb kit does require a hood swap, but that is part of the kit

I've been helping out a friend who is currently running a maggie with ms4....so far we have run out of injectors and fuel and the 10 rib is slipping.

Makes 9 psi till mid 5k then drops off to 5-6

Once we get the fuel sorted, we will push it to see what it does.

So far, it is very impressive......probably hovering around 600 rwhp, but wth over 100% injector duty cycle.

Also, in a few weeks, I should have results of a fairly wild cam on my whipple with forged internals....car is under the knife at the moment.....from front to rear.
