If your going to go with the standered T4 kit you will hit 500rwhp easy. For that I would at least change the valve springs. Eventually a clutch if its a M6. Boost is addicting so it will neverend for most people. PM if you have anymore questions.

thanks joel

Just curious why you suggest upgrading the valve springs? Does anything have to be done with the map sensor?

I reccomend the valve springs just b/c the stock ones wont be able to handle the power up top. They are not strong enough. Some people change them others dont, but its a good failsafe to change them out. You dont have to loose the map if you dont want to. Its up to you and the tuner how you want to tune it. You will also need some injectors and a 255 fuel pump which I can provide if needed.

Thanks Joel

I would do a OFI kit with a TC76. Should make for a great FAST spooling turbo setup and will handle 700+rwhp.

i would not even dare modify a ls1 with out a better spring from factory-

something so low in cost will destroy anything from top to bottom-

FWIW I've had a couple of Joel's kit here in the shop and was very impressed with the design, and workmanship. How you set your engine up depends on what boost level you plan to run, but at minimum, get some comp 918's or a new set of GM LS6 springs if you plan to run in the 5-7 PSI range. More boost, get better springs than that.

Is it because with the pressurized air coming in the valve may not close with stock springs? I've got 921's so I am safe I am just trying to picture what power had to do with it.
